Shadow Pines

Penfield’s Shadow Pines Park (600 Whalen Rd, Penfield, NY 14526 ) is a 18-hole course installed around the old existing north portion of the former Shadow PInes golf course.  The course is in the area north of Whalen Rd and hole one starts near the north west corner of the parking lot by the old Clark House building.  The course has 18 blue Innova Pro28 baskets, and 2 practice baskets.

The baskets were installed on August 17th 2022, and the course is open to play.

Permanent signage and tee pads will be installed over the coming months as we schedule time with the Town of Penfield Parks Department.

The course is layed out and mapped on UDISC

The course when completed will feature three different layouts for different skill levels, currently they are marked on udisc and sprayed locations for tee pads

Red – around 5400 ft – Par 62

White – around 7000 ft – Par 63

Blue – around 8000 ft – Par 62

To get to the course from 590, exit the Atlantic ave exit and head east till the intersection Whalen Rd.  Turn right on Whalen Rd and the parking lot will be on your left before you hit Clark Rd.
