Parma Disc Golf Course
Course Open Again!
December 23, 2021
Parma is back open – but the town would like people to know there is still clean-up that will be done. Pay extra attention on windy days as there are many ash trees that still need to come down and they will be continuing to do work there, and please skip holes if the town is working on a hole that day.
The Parma Disc Golf Course is located west of Rochester N.Y. in the Town of Parma. It was the 5th course to be established in Monroe County.
This is a carry in, carry out park! Also, all dogs must be on a leash.
Address: 550 Peck Road, Hilton, NY 14468
From the east, take I-490 W to 531 W to 259 N. From the west, take I-490 E to Route 259 N (exit 4). Take Route 259 North through the village of Spencerport. Once past route 104, proceed approximately 2 miles to a flashing yellow light and turn right on Peck Road. After 1/4 mile, turn left into the Hilton VFW parking lot. The first tee is near the hedgerow on the right hand side of the parking lot.
This course was installed in 2004, after the Town of Parma bought 9 baskets, that were installed by local disc golfers in October 2004. The course was made playable after a much needed redesign, and expanded to 18 holes, by the Greater Rochester Disc Golf Club in May 2006, working with the Town of Parma and Parma Parks Director Joe Petricone. In the Spring of 2010 cement tee pads were installed on every hole!
