Do discs become illegal over time?

Postby NY_Rocking_Chairs » Mon May 12, 2014 6:49 pm

Hello,

I am getting back into DG after a 13 year hiatus (moving and kids ya know). So all of my discs are at least 13 years old, some are 20+ years old. They all still fly as straight and as far as I can throw them. I just wanted to make sure there were no rules prohibiting discs from that time period in any competitions, etc.

Thanks...

Thanks. I have 4 questionable discs because they are custom discs for leagues and events. They are all Innova discs but I have no way of knowing what model they are. How would this be typically handled?

Is it best just not to throw these anymore? This would be sad because one is my favorite putter.

All Innova putters that have been approved are still approved

the only putters that are no longer approved after originally being approved are:

"The Turbo Putter"

and

"G9i" Wizards

If you bring them out someone can likely help you to identify the disc based on profile and/or flight
