Winter League 2012

How many weeks is the Winter League going to run? I've heard Doug Blighton is getting back in the saddle as league director is that true? Lastly, after the points scoring for league is over will their be a league final?

I'm not sure of how many weeks it's going for but there will be a final. Also Doug and I will be running it together.

I believe the league final is slated for Saturday, March 23rd, 2013. I forget what the minimum attendance requirement is, in order to be eligible for the final.

The number 14 is popping into my head as the number of weeks required to play in the league final. I am not sure of that, so don't hold it against me.

Should just make it $10 for the finals plus $1 for every week you missed.

Nope its never to late, you just show up on any day there is league. you can play the first one, all of them or show up some where in between and just play as you please.

Only skill ya need is basic counting... And I'm sure you could prolly even find someone at league willing to help you with that lol.

Just a reminder for everyone, if you plan on playing in the Finals you need to pay for your back weeks in advance. There will be a list available so you will know how many weeks you've missed, you owe $3 for each. Tomorrow is the day to pay!

I paid up two weeks ago, and I was unable to make last week. I will not be able to get there tomorrow, I have a family obligation in Syracuse..

I will now owe $6, but I have no way to pay since I will not be there- can I bring it on the Final?

A quick update on the Finals... All the numbers are in and there is $2125 to be paid out to 38 eligible players! Also $600 was raised to be split between the Chili Cookout and the RFDO! One last thing, there will be a CTP on every hole next week, Royce was very generous and donated 10 discs for this to happen!

Further update, there was a miscount and the payout is actually $2318. First place gets $167 and last gets $77. See you next weekend!
