Discraft Impact Found

Yesterday while playing the One Disc Multi-Challenge at Sawyer Park I found a disc on hole #5. It is a yellow Discraft Impact with a name and phone number on the back: "Brian, (585)313-5312" I have tried calling that number 3 times but it always hangs up. Brian, are you out there, or does anyone know who this is? Looks like the disc was there for at least a year.

P.S. We had 7 people play one round with putters and another round with mid-ranges. It was a lot of fun!
