AM Worlds Sponsorships

If anybody is interested in helping me with finding sponsorships for the 2011 AM Worlds please send me an email. If you have a company you would like to approach or help in general either is fine. Would just like to make a coordinated effort and make sure the same companies are not solicited by separate people. I can walk you through our strategy and what options we offer. Our sponsorship package is ready for distribution (which you can find on the AM Worlds website (www.2011amworlds.com). That is the electronic version and I have a different version for hard-copy distribution.

The sponsorship drive is in full swing and actually going very well though I still need some help. If anybody knows a company they would like to approach please let me know and I can let you know if I have already approached them or not and provide you with a sponsorship package and anything else you may need.

Tim Hortons,Wegmans,REMax,Nothnagle Realty,or any realty company for that matter,Tom Golisano,any of the various recreation departments where Disc Golf courses are located..........(Yes,put Riga Recreation in for a tee sign) they have advertising budgets,so get a hold of them now.....Subway,Mark's Pizzaria,Wendy's (they have a HUGE advertising budget),McDonalds,any local restaurants near DG courses.....

Wegmans won't touch us without the tax exemption (501(3)(c)). Haven't approached the realtors but there are many of them and they seem to be independent of each other. I will touch base with the Riga Rec. Dept. and will look into some of those other businesses but they tend to be independent as well. This is where the extra help would really be appreciated. I am already working on over 200 companies at the moment both locally and nationally.
We do plan on reaching out to the Chambers of Commerce in each town that has a course that we are using to see if they can help. We have started a relationship with VisitRochester as well hoping they will get us in touch with more people.

also contact the Kodak "ESL" Bank.....they do a LOT of advertising........

Go to the Tim Hortons in North Chili ("Dave The Owner" owns stores in N.Chili,Spencerport and Brockport)......they might donate coffee....
Alao,I spoke with Ryan & Tony......we might want to approach LuGia's (Ice Cream) Lyell-Spencerport Road...they are sponsors of baskets @ Basil,Chili,and Churchville.......you might be able to secure a sposorship,PLUS they have an Ice Cream truck that could go from course to course.....EVERYONE likes Ice Scream...dt

All of them from the P.E. Department or Health Department?
