Thought I would post a new topic on this because there could possibly be a lot of changes on the website in the future that I could post here. Also if you have any questions I could answer them here and please post suggestions if you have any.

One question I have already been asked is why are the prices on the website less then in the store?

All disc golf websites sell the products under the suggested MSRP. If I do not match the other sites prices then nothing will sell online. I would love to have my in store prices match the online prices but in this "start up period" the shop would not survive. The store already offers products at the lowest prices in Rochester. Almost all of our discs are marked a dollar under every store around and, if you buy over 4 discs I usually take a few more dollars off depending on the type of plastics or if it was a disc and clothing purchase etc.

One suggestion I have already heard is that I should offer in store pick up.

For the time being I will not be offering in store pick up for orders placed on the website. It is something I want to offer after the one year mark of the store being open which is August 2013. The reasons for this are the same as the above question, that online prices are too low to match in a brick and mortar store especially in the first year of business. Most business's on average don't profit for 3 years. Hopefully with the support of the Rochester disc golf community the store can afford to match online prices much sooner.

Also just had an idea... lost and found! If someone finds a disc with name and number on it, they can call the owner, then turn it in at the store. The owner can come in whenever you're open, rather then trying to play phone tag and set up a meeting with the finder.

Sorry about that. That disc actually isn't out of stock. If you want you can stop by and buy it or try again to order it online it will be in stock on the site now. Out of the 350 products on the site it was just a coincidence that the Phish disc was one I didn't set the quantity on by accident. There are a few other products not in stock but that's because I really am out of them but I do have one of the Phish putters.

I have a few of my personal used discs for sale in the shop. I would buy used discs but it would have to be really cheap. Customers don't seem very interested in buying used discs at the shop. I know play it again sports offers 2$ for a used disc. I would buy them for that or a little more depending on what kind of discs and the condition.

I have returned about ten lost discs so far at the shop. That is something I am doing so if anyone has found any lost discs you can leave them at the shop for the owner to pick them up.
