Sorry i was so vague...........here's the latest scoop

In years' past, each state sent a representative to the USDGC and the regional NY clubs had donated to help the representative with his/her expenses. I got the OK from the PDGA state rep(Doug Opiela) to run NY States and award this spot to the winner. The problem is that this "spot" in the USDGC is in the Performance Flight division most Open players aren't a fan of this.

Billy Sivils, the 2012 NY State tourney winner, has just informed me that he is declining the offer.
2nd place was Mike Falconio, which cannot make the trip because of his job.
3rd place Dan Hastings has told me that he'll make the decision after this weekend.

4th place was Tim Jiardini and I plan to update him tonight, in case he's next up.
