GRDGC Bag Tag Questions

I just joined the club and got my bag tag last week and I had a few questions.

From the bag tag rules it sounds like there used to be a section on the forum for posting challenges, reporting results, and tracking the tags that everyone has. What happened to it?

Does the club keep track of what tag # everyone has? Is there a list somewhere?

There is not an existing list at this point. In the past there was a partial list which did not always have the entire list of tag holders. Unfortunately, with the large numbers in the club, and the often high rate of exchange on these tags (some people play for tags multiple times per week), most people were not updating the tagholders as they changed hands. Unfortunately, this was a daunting task for Ryan and Adam to try to keep track of, and there was not enough assistance from club members in keeping it current.

I am sure that if there is enough of a demand and commitment from the majority of the bagholders that this could happen again. It may be best if someone were able to brainstorm and plan a better system that could be used in the future, and implement that at the beginning of the calendar year.
